GREAT clothes & service!!! I bought 2 dresses online from Oz Resort, and am VERY impressed with their products and customer service. Their prices are much lower than other sites (I saved more than $50!), and their range is HUGE - I haven’t seen my 2 dresses anywhere else. My package arrived one day later, and I live in a different state!! So I’m REALLY impressed with Oz Resort and I’ll certainly be buying from them again and recommending them to my friends. Thanks Oz Resort!

Please avoid this shop, it's a waste of money! The owner doesn't recognise the need to assist her customers when they purchase a faulty product and request assistance e.g. return/refund/repair. I purchased pricey swimwear here 7 weeks ago and wore it 5 times. The fifth time the fabric tore apart at the top seam so I went back to the shop to have the swimwear replaced or refunded. The owner was very rude and raised her voice at me multiple times. She accused me of breaking the fabric, washing it in the machine (which I did not and never do!) and swimming in chlorine (I did not, I swam in the ocean only). She didn’t believe a word I said and refused to assist me with the faulty product. She suggested I take it to the tailor to have it sewn - it already cost me $130 and I don’t see one reason to pay more to get it fixed after wearing it 5 times and owning the swimwear for less than 2 months! I am extremely disappointed with the attitude I got today. I certainly won’t be shopping here again! In addition to the above, the owner claims I bought the swimwear more than 3 months ago, which is incorrect. I bought the swimwear on 17/12/2024 which was exactly 7 weeks when I went back to the shop and less than 60 days as per the store refund policy. The owner also claims that I came to the shop after she was closing. This is also incorrect - I arrived at the shop at 2:50 pm and not after they were closing. The shop's opening hours were until 5 pm, but the owner was closing earlier that day. That's fine, please just don't claim that I arrived late. The owner claims that extensive use of chlorine and sunscreen damages the product. As I said to her many times before, I didn't swim in chlorine water. And of course I use sunscreen, who doesn't? I expect the swimwear to be durable enough so I can use the sunscreen and protect my skin - and I'm talking about reasonable not extensive use of sunscreen. I had a good experience purchasing the swimwear when Sonja helped me get the right size and fit. I didn't purchase small swimwear as the owner indicated a few times when I went back to the shop. I asked for a replacement or refund due to an obviously faulty product/fabric. The owner sent me away saying ‘I won’t help you’ and advised me to deal with Jantzen myself or have the swimwear fixed at the tailor. That's not the assistance I would ever expect! Last but not least, I feel very uncomfortable about the owner’s public body shaming! I don't understand what my body size and shape have to do with my claim and obviously faulty fabric. I may have had good experience with Sonja who helped me choose the right size and fit but when the issue arose, it's simply impossible to get assistance from this seller! All I was hearing was blaming and finding excuses.
