When packing your bag.
Depending on the length of your travels and climate changes. Don't max out your luggage. Many items can be used twice and reused and easily handwashed. Take a small container of washing powder. Layer your items and try and pack light weight tops and shorts. The following example is for one weeks travel. Therefore add one item for trips, two weeks or more.
Aim for the 20kg giving you spare 10kg to bring back some trinkets, clothing if you need to add, plus the treasured souvenirs. Travel in comfort not lugging heavy bags.
Try to mix and match your items, choosing a colour palate you can mix and match your selection.
1. Two classic tees - a t-shirt weight is approximately .120 grms. The La Strada range of t-shirts are 100% Italian Linen in various colours. If you have 10 tops thats 1.2 kilos. Buy a travel scale
2 Two long sleeve shirts - Light Cotton options. Our Painters Shirt is our best seller for easy to throw over your swimwear without wearing shorts. Long length to the knee and has pockets for the room key.
3 Two Pairs of Shorts - One pair of plain board shorts. We stock the fourway stretch Sunseeker and Jantzen boardie
4 Two Pairs of Pants - Our La Strada Joggers are so comfy and stretchy, great for travelling
5 Two swimsuits, if spending a lot of time at the beach. A good one piece for doing laps and a tankini or bikini separates worn with shorts or one of our cover ups. A Rashee, goggles take up no room and great to protect your eyes when swimming.
6. A good packable straw hat with a wide brim or felt option. Baseball cap or visor. We stock a large range of Sundaise Hats at affordable prices
7. Our Neoprene Reef Shoes are one of the most popular products we sell online and in store. Good stock of sizes and colours. But hurry they sell fast. They are light weight take up no room and can be worn in public pools, beaches, swimming, rock climbing, kyacking, boat travel
8. Sarongs and Scarves - Use on the beach, picnic cloth, sun protection and looks great over any swimsuit.
When going to a hot place and you need to be warm on the plane, carry a puffer jackets and long sleeve lightweight sweatshirt and comfy joggers. Hammill & Co range are cool and comfy.
Minimal toiletries. One bottle of perfume, one face cream, one suncream for whole family, makeup to a minimal. You can always buys items at airports.
Lastly a great coloured scarf will dress up any of our outfits and can act as a sarong. Plus they weight nothing in the bag.
